Dr Renwick-Lau completed hospital training at Royal Darwin Hospital and GP training in rural Northern Territory remote aboriginal communities and has a particular interest in Aboriginal Health aned Rural Medicine.  She was a board member of the Top End Division of General Practice and was involved in training and supporting junior doctors on placement in remote communities in the Northern Territory.  Dr Renwick-Lau moved to Mallacoota in 2008 with her family and became a partner with the Mallacoota Medical Centre.

Mr Elsworthy has extensive financial experience, previously as a bank manager and currently in his own financial business.  He participated as a board of management member of Bairnsdale Regional Health Service for 11years, with several years as Pesident and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.  Mr Elsworthy has a strong working knowledge of strategic planning using this process in his current and previous hospital involvement.
