ACAI - Aged Care Allied Health Initiative - Balance2Live

This program is funded by the Department of Health & Ageing, the Aged Care Access Initiative will be rolling out the Balance2Live 12 week program to 10 Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) across the region to provide a physiotherapy program free of cost to the RACF's and residents to help reduce falls risks and improve mobility
